In this paper, the main object is about high efficient excitation source of single-tube semiconductor laser which is operating at the current of10A and it is for the increase of excitation efficiency. The reseach start from voltage stabilizing circuit and constant current circuit which are having the most power lost. Above two kinds of circuit are analyzed to look for the main reason of power loss. According to the operation characteristics of lord of single-tube laser, proper topological structure of regulated power supply and constant current circuit are selected. Finally, select the non-isolated BUCK topological structure and synchronous rectification for high and low lcation MOSFET optimaization.Select proper MOSFET device and implement the increasement of efficiency of regulated power supply. Opimized the reference circuit for more stabilization in the constant current circuit. The resistance of reference resistance is cut down and the efficiency of constant current circuit is increased by using new constant current circuit The efficiency of exitation source of single-tube semiconductor laser has dramatic increasement through proper thermal management.
