The Study on the Key Technology of High-Stabilization Constant Current SourceConstant current source is an important part of all kinds of electronic equipment and electronic circuit. The normal operation of electronic equipment can not be ensured if there is no high quality constant current source. However, many engineers usually focus only on implementation of technical indicators of the constant current source in the design and manufacture of it and ignore the stability and reliability of the constant current. It lead to the volatility of the output of the constant current source and even unable to operate normally. It greatly reduces the life of the power supply. The quality of a product depends on its design. The main research content of this thesis is how to improve the quality and stability of the constant current source.With high speed development of the power the electric energy through the reusing of power conversion technology has been occupied about90%of all electricity. The application field of power is also very wide. Such as household appliances, industrial and agricultural production, military engineering and so on. All kinds of electronic equipment situation must use power supply. The power of electronic science technology has become a professional technology-power electronic technology.In recent years, due to the rapid development of electronic industry,the birth of new power device and the updates of power electronic conversion, the power technology has a new development. Its development mainly has following several aspects:①The improvement of power energy saving effect. So far, the energy-saving effect of electronic energy achieved15%-20%after power processing technology, expects to40%-50%.②The improvement of power supply stability. Works in the circuit design, component selection, prediction of stability and radiating design of large power supply makes power operating stable and trouble free for a long time.③The improvement of electrical properties of power supply. Higher requirements have been put forward such as output current(voltage),load regulation rate, output ripple, power regulation, load and input power factor, electromagnetic compatibility and other aspects.④The expansion of the output power range. It developed from the power with a few watts to the present large power with several hundreds of kilowatts even thousands of kilowatts.⑤The improvement of integration degree of small power. It mainly depends on the new components(power supply module and new power devices) to achieve so that power supply develop to a light, small, thin and efficient way.The basic research contents of this thesis is the influencing factors of stability of the negative feedback type DC constant current source and improve the integral stability through the optimization of circuit and the choice of devices. Drop the stability to about62ppm with high output current (maximum3.5A) at the same time. Analysis the heat treatment of special devices from two respects of theory and experiment. Demonstrate the feasibility of the application of the semiconductor thermostatic control platform from the measured data.The constant current source of our group is mostly used to drive the semiconductor laser. The improvement of stability has a great sense for even small output current fluctuations may result in semiconductor laser damage. The study of stability is endless, although the no-output-fluctuation constant current source is not existed there must be a higher stability power with the development of electronic science and this is also what we study for in the future.
