Research And Implementation Of Web-based Pre-service Training System For Nursing Technology

With the rapid development of social economy, the needs of the patients on health and the quality of medical services have been improved step by step. In recent years, with the expansion of the size of the hospital and the improvement of a variety of medical equipment and medical treatment, the nursing staff has put forward higher requirements and challenges. In order to adapt to the needs of the educational reform, relying on modern information technology environment, in order to realize the education teaching information purpose, we combined Pre-service training,the important influence on the employment of nursing major, with the Web, the modern network technology, and in combination with students Pre-service training outline of Benxi Health School and the actual situation of hospital nursing staff pre-service training of our province to design and implementation a nursing technology Pre-service training system based on Web.This thesis adopts B/S three layer structure, using JSP technology to develop a Web-based network training system. Using SQL Server2008as database platform, I realize the major function modules such as user registration, user login, course of study, the exchange of teachers and students, web site management and so on. The system test results show that the system is a mature, comprehensive, flexible and powerful online training system. The system is able to adapt to the needs of Pre-service training of nursing students, not only saving time and laboratory teaching expenses on the device to a certain degree, but also provides convenient conditions for students’ after-school self-learning.Firstly, this thesis introduces the overall design train of thought of network training system by analysis the requirements of the system and gives the detail instructions of the design of the system. Then this thesis introduces the implementation of the main modules in pre-service training system. Last, we carried out a full range of tests on the system, and find the bugs of the system, objective assessment of the results of the system design.
