With the Internet technology has become more sophisticated, more and more companies are to provide users with network applications. However, due to the HTTP request growth exponentially, many popular sites on the Internet are often faced with the problem of server overloaded. In the case of server overloaded, providing users with high-quality service has become a hot research point.The admission control is a technology to guarantee system performance by controlling the entry of the request. This technology is wildly used in a variety of the access software systems performance guarantees. With the continuous development of SaaS technology, how to guarantee the QoS of the multi-tenancy applications has become a main problem of SaaS provider. And in the current study of admission control for multi-tenant application strategy, there’re still some problems such as the influence from the tenant level, the type of request and so on.This paper analyzes the research status of the admission control technology, and it also describes the main problem of admission control technologies existing in terms of the resource utilization, request analysis and session value analysis. According to the characteristic of multi-tenancy application, the mechanism of session based admission control for multi-tenancy applications performance guaranteed has been built. This mechanism includes an algorithm to generate the admission control rule timed and a process of the request access based on the algorithm. According to the session value analysis, this paper proposes a profit model based on session value including CPU cost, session earnings and session cost to evaluate the cost of CPU and the session final earrings when access the session or reject it. At the same time, combining the technology of resource quantitative, Markov prediction and session identification, this paper also proposes the process of session value earnings. On this basis, this paper proposes an algorithm of session value-based admission control, and dynamic programming is used to solve the algorithm to calculation the session final earnings to update the access list. Finally this paper builds a simulation environment and carries out a series of experiments on the Rubis. Experiment results show that the algorithm is correct and rationally. Compared with existing algorithm, the session value-based admission control algorithm developed in the experiment has improved the response speed and the processing efficiency greatly in the full and overload server, so that the quality of service is guaranteed.
