The design of double laser emitting platform leveling system was introduced in this paper. When the laser emitting stent was fixed outside, it is very difficult to be adjusted to horizon quickly, and the tilt angle of laser emitting will have great effect on precision of double laser location. Owing to this, a laser emitting platform leveling controlling system used for location and navigation system based on double laser sources was designed in the paper. Fixed on the stents outside, the system can adjust the laser emitting platform in a short time, at the same time, it can raise the performance of laser location.First, the design principles and technical indicators were raised after discussion of leveling controlling development home and abroad. With analysis of structure, working principle and conversion of coordinates, the mathematic model was built and the relationship between platform legs and inclination angles was also got. Through the comparison of some leveling controlling method, the method of keep the middle point fixed was chosen to leveling for the system.Second, the controlling scheme of system was determined after the analysis of principles and indicators. From the aspects of inclination angle data collecting, main controller and driving method, the overall scheme was demonstrated, then, the composition and choice of main components of the system was introduced. Meanwhile, the anti-interference design of the system was finished in the hardware structure to guarantee the reliable of system during the system working.Third, the paper focused on the data collecting and processing algorithm of tilt sensor and the intelligent algorithm of motor driving. To make sure the precision of collected data, data filtering and temperature drifting compensation were discussed in the collected data processing of tilt sensor. Aiming at it, the method of composite filtering and cubic curve compensation were raised to process the inclination data. In the controlling of step motor, because of the non-linear in controlling of step motor, the intelligent PID controlling algorithm based on RBF neutral network was raised after the discussion of normal PID controlling. Through comparison of the two PID controlling with matlab simulation, the result shows the intelligent controlling algorithm based on RBF neutral network has a capability of non-linear mapping and self-adapting, and it also has a good effect on step motor controlling.At last, the software design was finished on the base of intelligent algorithm. And the experiment of leveling system designed in this paper was carried, according to the result, the data collecting and leveling controlling of the laser emitting platform were realized.
