The coal mine downhole cable car is more and more widely used for its advantage in highefficiency, simple assemble, low cost and low power consumption. Recently, due to being notgenerally installed the monitoring system, downhole cable car failures occur from time to time.Therefore, on the basis of the embedded ARM, this project is to design the wireless voicecommunication and video surveillance system.The project is based on the S3C2440A hardware and the WindowsCE5.0software platform,designing the remote wireless monitoring system with two main functions of the voicecommunication and video monitoring. This paper mainly studies the wireless driver realizationprocess and development method of the OV9650CMOS camera, UDA1341audio codec,TP-LINK. With the ADPCM voice decoding algorithm, the full duplex mode of voicecommunication function is realized. With the JPEG video decoding algorithm, the collectedvideo frame for compressing and uncompressing is designed, improving the video transmissionefficiency and realizing the smooth video monitoring. Besides, the system can detect the numberof passengers on each car, realizing the real-time display function and the networkcommunication based on TCP/IP protocol Windows Socket.This system integrates many technologies such as the image acquisition, the audiocollection, the network communication, the JPEG decoding, the ADPCM decoding and so on,combining the four front fields of the embedded system, the Ethernet, the voice communicationand the video monitoring. The results show that this system can realize clear voicecommunication and smooth video monitoring. It has practical value on downhole cable carsecurity system. Moreover, the system has high integration, high reliability, low powerconsumption, low cost, and is very suitable for low resolution, low cost, long distancemonitoring application. |
