Business Support System Based On B/S Framewoks——Design And Implementation Of Telecommunication Number And Line Subsystem

What’s more, the second stage of building-up work of Heilongjiang Province branch of China Netcom (group) Business Support System (abbreviated as BSS) has began and goes on steadily.This subject stem from number and line subsystem in BSS. The management of numbers and lines as the administrative system supporting the whole telecommunication network, is a foundation of resource management and the distribution of resources. It involves management contents,such as expand projects and exchange projects. It can offer the detailed, accurate resource data to every production division in time, serving each production division.First of all, this subject has introduced the concrete applications and development trend of BSS in the telecommunication trade, and have clearly pointed out that B/S frameworks based on J2EE is the main line of building up the Number and Line Subsystem. By carding number configure and line resource in the original Nine Seven project, the function of redesigning and planning the Number and Line Subsystem in BSS is required. According to the business requirments, it adds up to6pattens of module to divide into number management, facilities management, resource management, data configuration management, peripheral interfaces and report forms. By using practical key technology such as Struts, EAI, Web Service, JMS, the goal of solving the problem that the original system exists, optimizing the business and management procedure, improving the whole performance of the system and systematic data transmission of periphery can be reached.The testing results show that, this system is in China Netcom (group) Heilongjiang Province Branch has carried on the test run. The results indicate that this system can take the fast reaction to the business demand, heighten the level of defending and supporting; besides, it also can strengthen resource management, improve the utilization ratios of number and line resources and relevant facilities, and reduce the operation cost; further more it can improve the backstage supporter’s production efficiency and improve the service quality. Now, this system has been already formally run in China Netcom (group) Heilongjiang Province Branch.
