Configuration Software Design And Realization Base On J2EE Framework

As the rapid progress of industrial automation and the wide-spread application of computer, people's requirements of automation are higher and higher. The availabilities of various control devices and process monitoring devices make it almost impossible for the traditional industrial software to meet the characteristic demands of all kinds of consumers. The traditional industrial control software has obvious shortcomings, such as week flexibility, comparatively long development period, inconvenience to maintained, etc. In order to overcome those disadvantages, configuration software for monitoring come into being and gains much emphasis. It this thesis, the background, current condition, the future trend, the purpose and significance of this research is firstly reviewed.Secondly,on the basis of analysis of the structure and performance of the traditional configuration software, we propose and infrastructure of software. Then according to the principles of software engineering and the function demanded, the functioning modules are put forward. It also explain the realization of these modules. In the end, a set of water level control system which is developed on our configuration software platform is presented.The configuration software in our thesis supplied most such functions:Hardware management: As XML technology is used to describe the hardware, it's convenient to manage hardware system. When the hardware isn't support in our software, consumers can easily develop their drivers according to the XML document.Real-Time curve,history curve and datasheet: Via Java Socket, client Applet can communicate with Server and draw the Real-Time curve. According customer's choice, Java server pages access the database and provide history curve and datasheet. It can also support Excel format, which can make customer visit data more comfortable.In order to make customer more easily to use the software, the whole software is designed on Struts Framework., so the modules are very coupling. Data buffer and Database buffer are all use in the software to make it more efficiency.
