Design And Implementation Of Field Warehouse Management System Based On RFID Technology

In recent years, with the rapid development of manufacturing, logistics management, environmental monitoring. security certification and other industrials, RFID technology has been of great concern. It is also significant to enhance equipment management of our army and contribute to the implementation of informational logistics for utilizing the advanced technology in the military field.At present, the means of current warehouse resource management which is at a low standard and can’t ensure high efficiency of our army are Relatively backward, hence the introduction of RFID technology is imminent. The application of RFID technology in the wartime field warehouse management is still in the exploration phase. This paper studies and designs the RFID based warehouse management system according to the rear warehouse management instance.This paper introduces the background and the theory of the RFID technology at first, and then the application and position location technology follow. The paper also describes the detail of the business specification and process of field warehouse management according to my years’warehouse management experience combined with the practical field logistics. Meanwhile, the policy for the security of the system is mentioned in the next section. This paper mainly studied the application and design of the RFID tag. The construction of the order-picking system and triangle position location ensures the selection of proper equipment and precise location. The RFID equipment has been selected carefully according to the business specification of the warehouse management system and the system’s Prototype is implemented with Java and SQL Server Database.The introduction of the RFID technology for the system has three advantages:the improvement of the efficiency and the precise of resource information reading, the improvement of the efficiency of the resource receiving and sending, the implementation of visual management of the equipment of the army and precise assurance. The implementation of the system will provide potent data service and decision support for the logistics command and logistical support agency at wartime.
