At present, a lot of simulation to the mixing process of materials using OGRE particle script rendering engine technology, achieve the macro simulation effect of mixing material. But for the material in the mixed micro particle movement in the process of analysis and trajectory design is less. Therefore, this article adopts the method of micro particle material analysis, the material particles in the sleeve type absorber movement process is divided into four stages, analysis of material particles in each phase of the force and movement characteristics. Combination of material particles in the collision in the process of mixing status, put forward the material particles in each phase of the trajectory equation and algorithm. Secondly, this paper, by using OGRE rendering engine embedded MFC framework technology, microscopic particles within the sleeve will render to load movement scene, realize simulation of particle movement of material mixing process. Finally microscopic material particle movement characteristics, this paper discussed under certain conditions the particle diameter, rotating speed of rotor, length-width ratio of mixing tube, the effects of the blade Angle for the simulation of equipment related parameters and through the analysis of the optimal value, give the parameters of the mixing equipment setup provides a certain reference.
