| Wide view angle is one of the most important properties for LCD product as the market development, and now there are several technologies to realize WV property with different advantage respectively: MVA, ASV, OCB, IPS etc. In this paper, IPS technology is studied for the working principle, pixel structure, processing, and display properties on base of2.83inch WQVGA B/W sample,3.5inch HVGA colorful sample, and4.0inch WVGA colorful sample. Thus, the Fab processing is optimized and display specification is confirmed. |
