| E-government is well known as a government operation mode, where government organizations and the business processes are optimized and reorganized, by breaking constraints of time, space and departmental separation for building a streamlined, efficient, honest and fair government. At present, the interactive mode of china is in a one-way interaction process on the whole stage, and the expectations and demand for interactive mode are gradually highlighted. So, increasing the governments integrated network services, strengthening the interactive platform and the government services, have become the prominent problem which have to be solved in Chinese E-government. This article focuses on the interactive mode between citizen and government as well as some e-government technologies and the realization of the interactive platform. The main work is as follows:(1) From the perspective of user experience, this article explores how to get the best experience by an effective human-computer interaction in the provincial government’s interactive mode; then, implements the concept change from "personalized information delivery" to "personalized interactive experience". By studying the composition of user experience about the interactive platform, some new patterns of user experience are designed and used for promoting user experience in provincial e-government.(2) Based on a proposed interactive mode, by adopting the interactive technology tools of personalization and customization, we analyze, design and implement a prototype system of provincial government, from a technology perspective, and building a user-centered e-government platform based on personalized interaction, and solving the problem that distributing deployment of politics and people interaction channels.(3) From the perspective of operating government interactive platform, this paper presents a platform operation management architecture based on ITIL, and discusses the operation management pattern of e-government mode. Shared services in a unified user authentication system and a unified statistical analysis and leadership in decision support systems used in the operation and management of the platform, to further strengthen the user experience effects.By the practices of government’s interactive platform, this paper applies the e-government’s interactive mode and some government technologies to the process of building the interactive platform, and gets some good results. The research results give a theoretical and practical support for the interaction between citizen and government, and then the efficiency and quality of the interaction between citizen and government would be greatly improved, which will ultimately be profitable to build service-oriented government and to enhance the credibility of the government. |
