Heilongjiang Province, The Tax Design And Implementation Of Tax Information System Integrated Voice Services

Tax administration adopt the advanced CTI(Computer Telephony Integration)technology which is associated with voice and data to improve electronic taxationfunction that could provide taxpayers with effective, excellent and convenient servicehas been the trends of world taxation service development. For now, Integrated VoiceInformation System only provide simple policy advice, claim or report, call transferand other functions couldn’t meet the increasing demand of taxation service. So thebirth of new Integrated Voice Information System is urgently needed.Based on the taxation service situation of Heilongjiang province state administrationof taxation, this thesis has affected a new system to meet the demand. The system thatis based on J2EE by Struts framework structure adopted much key technique that iswidely used in Integrated Voice Information, such as CTI (Computer TelephonyIntegration), ACD (automatic call distribution), interactive communication, etc. It iscomposed of Telephone taxation declaration; Tax consulting, Invoices enquiry, Claimor report, Call transfer, Invoices purchasing, Batch pay tax and other functions. Andthese functions have been tested.These thesis focuses on perfecting functions of Integrated Voice Information Systemthat will help taxpayers resolve all the taxation problems according to computertechnology. It will meet all the requirement of establishing new taxation service thatcould improve efficiency and satisfaction of taxpayer, in order to promote the harmonybetween tax authority and taxpayers. All other provinces can be used the designs ofthis system for reference.
