The Design And Realization Of Tax Service On The Internet Of Local Taxation

Limited by the objective conditions,the tax service office and its staff can only maintain a relatively fixed number,and the space and time of tax service can hardly be further promoted in the traditional tax service office.Therefore,relying on modern information technology to carry out the construction of the tax office on the Internet,and to provide a flexible and efficient tax service for taxpayers,It is imperative for the local tax department to improve the service quality of tax service by reducing the working pressure of the tax office and its staff.Combined with tax service and tax collection and management business process,this paper uses J2 EE and Oracle database technology to build the tax office of local tax online,which includes the functions of identity authentication,tax registration,online declaration,payment of tax(fee,printing voucher,query and statistics),etc.It is realized that all kinds of business of the entity tax office can be handled by the online tax service office,so that the taxpayer can take more "network",less road,optimize the tax service,and improve the satisfaction of tax payment.This paper first puts forward the background and significance of the development of the system of taxation service hall on the land tax network.During the period,a large number of domestic and foreign literatures are read,the current situation of tax development at home and abroad and the J2 EE,Oracle technology and MVC pattern used in the system are described.According to the actual tax situation of the tax service hall,the business requirements of the online tax service hall and the whole flow chart of the business requirements,the business frame diagram and the specific function analysis are obtained.Then the system design and its implementation,first is the overall design,discussed the principles and objectives of the system design,after a clear design of the overall application of the system architecture,business architecture,deployment architecture to design;According to the performance requirements of the system,the system database is designed,and the E-R diagram and the table structure of the database are obtained,and then the detailed design and implementation are carried out.Due to the space relationship,the detailed design and implementation of the main functions of the system are mainly described.The running results of the system are obtained.Inaddition,the security design of the system is considered.After the development of the system,the function test and the performance test of the module are carried out,which achieves the expected effect.The expected business can be handled in the tax office online,and the workload of the tax personnel and the waiting time of the taxpayer can be reduced.It can greatly improve the level of the tax service of tax authorities,make it more convenient,faster and more efficient,and improve the satisfaction of taxpayers.
