Synchronization network and telecommunications management network, thesignaling network, the three support network of the telecommunications network,is the foundation of the normal operation of the modern communication network.Digital synchronous network can be accurately synchronization information fromthe reference clock is passed to each node of the synchronous network,regulatenetwork clock, to keep pace to meet the telecommunications network to transferbusiness information transmission and exchange performance requirements, is animportant means to ensure that the key aspects of the network timingperformance, but also to protect the quality of a variety of business network run,has a pivotal position in the telecommunications network.Thus, to solve theproblems of synchronization network, not only related to the stable operation ofthe synchronization network, but also can improve the quality of the entirecommunication network.Unstable device itself causes and timing signal transmission link, so thatthe synchronization network often is on hold or fault condition can not be normaland effective working, the output timing signal instability or degradation,resulting in the synchronization network did not play its due role.
