Government Performance Evaluation System Based On SOA Design And Implementation

With the fast development of information technology and the deepening reform of the government, the government will change the traditional performance appraisal pattern into the network pattern. The government hopes to improve government performance by using the mature information science at present. Public security organs as a government separate are facing with improving the problem of the government performance.In this paper, according to the N police department needs, we established a performance evaluation system based on SOA. Through the use of Restful style SOA, we hope to achieve the integrated of performance evaluation system and performance appraisal system. Restful style SOA can solve the problem of repetition and integrated system well. In this paper, we not only completed the establishment of performance evaluation system and performance appraisal system, but also we completed the two system integration. The main work is as follows:(1) Analyze the users’requirement and design the system architecture of the public security organ. System architecture includes the overall architecture, functional architecture, Restful integrated platform architecture and the SSO integrated platform architecture.(2) Analyze the users’requirements of the N provincial public security organs and then design the business model.(3) Based on the first two steps, we design the system domain model, including performance evaluation system domain model and SSO domain model.(4) Implement the performance evaluation system of the province and city, and the integration of the two systems by using the advanced technology.Through the above work, in the final, we realize the performance appraisal system of government based on SOA. At present this system has been launched in the province of N public security organs, and the N provincial public security organs of users gave praise.
