| Data Center Monitoring and Management System is a visualization system based on IBM's "Navigator" project, which is designed and implemented according to project requirements. This system can provide the convenience for administrators or IT workers to easily optimize and manage the data center, make good data center space plans, monitor the operation conditions of electrical and mechanical equipments within data center, in order that the various faults and situations can be detected and processed in time.The system helps the administrators to effectively and economically manage the data center, monitor and report the risk or potential problems of the foundation hardware, and reduce the energy consumption and space utilization of data center, to save the cost on management and maintenance. This thesis starts from the requirement analysis, design, to the final implementation, throughout the entire system, which contents the following:(1) Implementation of requirements, design, and development of this system;(2) JSON data model based on system component model;(3) Use the dynamic visual expression of Flex-based rich interface to display the data center;(4) Implementation of dynamically monitoring of data center and power consumption and fault conditions of the single system. |
