With the expansion of the real estate companies,their branches,construction,property and other specialized subsidiaries,as well as secondary development projects companies rapidly grow in the number.For the real estate company's managers,the depth of their management is expanding,the information transmission is slowing down,which makes the decision-making greatly much difficult.In order to realize the control of the group's businesses,managers tend to gather important business to Headquarters for unified management and control.When business is carrying on,data and documents need to cross regional,cross organizational,cross business for communication and transformation.The low efficiency of traditional management mode in Real estate enterprises has seriously restricted the enterprise's development.To face the challenges real estate company managers meet,this Paper is using data flow analysis method on the real estate company's organizational structure,business processes,management needs for a comprehensive research and analysis.By forming an overall blueprint of information for the real estate company,the detailed design scheme of the system is also formed.With Kingdee EAS system as a prototype development,and rapid secondary development tool provided by Kingdee EAS development platform of BOS modeling platform including basic parameter configuration,workflow configuration,data conversion,document conversion,this Paper designs a set of multi organization real estate management information system with cost management as its core which covers several real estate business aspects.The system is mainly divided into two modules: the project cost management module,including the progress management of real estate enterprises,contract management,target cost,cost,capital and payment management;and supply management module,including supplier management of real estate enterprises,procurement management,bidding and bid management etc..Through the adoption of this system,the real estate company will strengthen the management and control capabilities,strengthen its business process and business data monitoring,and regulate the business operations of their organizations.In order to ensure the smooth adoption of the system,the project has been fully tested by using the mature project implementation methods and developping a risk prevention plan.The system will meet the business development needs of the real estate company in the coming 2-3 years.As for the future expansion of the real estate business and computer and Internet technology development,the system will also be improved accordingly.
