Entering the21st century, our country is in economic and technical outbreak period, doubling the power load, the state of110KV,220KV and500KV EHV infrastructure, technical inputs substantial increase in the demand for equipment and materials also simultaneously increased substantially manpower alone or the early software to manage the dwarfs. Vigorously promote the supplies and materials management automation, networking and computerization, Fujian Province is the entire power system to improve service levels, improve operational efficiency inevitable choice.In this paper, the actual demand for electricity in Fujian as a starting point, first introduced the Fujian Electric Power Material Management System project background, significance and the status quo, a clear Fujian Electric Power Material Management System is designed to carry out a feasibility analysis, elaborated Fujian Electric Power supplies development of management and information technology situation, proposed system architecture, object-oriented analysis and design methods for system requirements analysis and system design. In the requirements analysis phase, carried out business requirements, functional requirements, data requirements and non-functional requirements analysis, given the system’s business process diagrams, use case diagram, class diagram thumbnail for a use case descriptions. In the system design for the overall design, function modules design and database design, including personnel management, departmental management, contract management, materials management, accounting management, user management and log management system and other functional modules, gives the module design features package structure diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram and the core processing flow chart and use the entity class diagram, ER diagram and expression database table structure of the database design, gives the entity attributes diagram, ER diagram and database table structure. Finally, the paper summarizes the contents of the study, explained my main work, the paper pointed out the shortcomings, and further work are discussed.
