Energy data collection is an important means to realize energy data summarized for themanufacturing industry, and is also the key part of enterprise energy management. At present, there are many types of smart meters, whose protocol are not consistent on the market. Inorder to unify data query interface of the underlying collection device and realize informationexchange and information transmission between the upper application system andmulti-protocol smart meters, based on the current smart meter reading technology, this paper, which use middleware and plug-in technology, proposes an efficient, reliable, applicable toa wide range of energy data collection scheme, that is the design and implement on energydata of the plug-in collection middleware. The main work of this dissertation can besummarized as follows:(1)Systematically elaborats the research significance of energy data collection andsummarizes the research status and development of the energy management system, energydata collection technology and the middleware technology at home and abroad. At the sametime, the problem that the existing smart meter data collection system having been difficult toadapt to the all kinds of meter communication protocols is discussed.(2)This paper gives a brief introduction of smart meters, concentrators, the module ofSZ02-ZIGBEE wireless acquisition and OPC collection server, makes the necessaryinstructions of middleware technology and plug-in technology involved in the system, whichprovides the necessary knowledge reserves for the design of energy data collectionmiddleware system.In addition, the paper also briefly analyzes the advantages anddisadvantages of the concentrator, ZIGBEE module and OPC collection server so thatappropriate collection method can be choosed for specific implementation.(3)The basic architecture of enterprise energy management system is introduced, thediversity issues about collection devices and smart metersis is analyzed. On this basis, thispaper leads the collection middleware concept, which mades good bedding for the later designpart of the energy data collection middleware.(4)Combining with the actual needs of enterprises, this paper introduces the frameworkstructure and functional modules at the energy data collection middleware. This paper mainly introduces multimode data collection application framework design that based on its standardor industrial standard protocol and based on concentrator, ZIGBEE module or OPC collectionserver, including database design, system framework design, mainly collecting processdescription, system function design, the realization of plug-in mechanism and the realizationof the function of system since the launch, etc.(5)Demonstrating the outcomes of the energy data collection middleware, Combinedwith the tire company’s production process, this paper briefly describes the collection systemin the enterprise energy monitoring and management application.Design and implement on energy data of the plug-in collection middleware uses C#language, through the socket programming and oracle database technology, realizes theremote power data collection and intelligent management.
