After years of sustained construction and expansion, the density of wireless network basestation has reached a high level. But there are still a lot of problems, like the networkcoverage, the capacity and the quality problem. There are many reasons. Firstly, in the processof urban development, the wireless propagation environment changes, the network structure isnot timely make the appropriate adjustments, layered stereoscopic network coverage is notperfect, resulting in local area coverage blind spots, weak coverage problem. Secondly,because some areas haven’t established a reasonable and hierarchical layered stereoscopicnetwork with considering the business development characteristics, the problem aboutbusiness absorption and telephone traffic balancing is very serious. For example, the coverageof middle base station, bottom base station and indoor cover distribution system is not enough,it is not effective enough about the related measures of telephone traffic balancing, theresource utilization of sites, carrier or frequency resources is not balanced enough, etc. Finally,at present, many methods of base station covering have not been fully applied in somescenarios yet, such as macrocell, microcell, RRH, carrier pool, repeater, etc.Firstly, this paper introduces the technical characteristics of layered stereoscopic network.Then, by learning from the experience of Guangzhou and Shenzhen, it focus on analysiscomprehensive solutions in various and scenarios typical. Finally, taking Wuxi city as anexample, using comprehensive solutions it has been mentioned,this paper evaluates andanalyzes the health degree of wireless networks. From the perspective of network coverage,network structure, services and resources, it gives some suggestions about the developmentand adjustment of network.
