After years of construction, the wireless network of Chinese telecom operators already has a considerable scale. However, with the rapid growth of the number of mobile subscribers and data services, the main contradiction of the network construction has become coverage from capacity. With the continuous cell splitting the distance between base stations decreases sharply and the result is the difficulty of site acquisition rapid increase (Due to a dense of cell splitting the reserve site address is shorter, the site acquisition become the main difficulty in the process of building a wireless network) traditional network construction model and resource allocation model are already facing being bottleneck and challenges.Especially to China Mobile whose main business is mobile service it will face a more severe situation. This article will study China Mobile, from the aspect of changes in user behavior and business model and the difficulties of actual network construction, analyzing the problem of existing network construction mode. To propose a new type of network structure and resource allocation model, and analyze the feasibility and effect of these new proposals.This article focuses the heterogeneous wireless network construction model and a multi-network cooperative architecture discussion. Through the analysis of the model, we discuss whether this model could effectively solve the problems caused by user mobility. Then we need to analyze and discuss some key issues of them. Finally, through the practical application on the existing network to test the validity of solution then correct it.From the final actual application effect, these two network solutions could effectively enhance the capacity and quality of the GSM network, improve the user perception and guide the user migration from the GSM network to TDS and WLAN.
