With the rapid popularity of mobile Internet and intelligent terminals, accessing tohigh-speed Internet quickly and easily has become an urgent need for people’s daily lives ontheir different nends. Cellular network can provide a wide coverage of low-speed service, andWLAN network can provide a small coverage of high-speed service. Both of themcomplement each other. Currently, WLAN network architectureachieves used by operatorscommonly use a low-cost and efficient centralized management mode. The key research ofthis article is the efficient management of the WLAN network and security of data service. And some studies have made on the user data encryption methods to improve the security ofdata services. In the mode that AC centralized management of thin AP, AC software is used in line withinternational standards of high efficiency ATCA Cavium hardware platform. AC unifiedprocess scenarios about terminals, such as onlining, offlining, roaming, switching andabnormal, to reduce the burden on the AP and eliminate bottleneck problem of inefficientmanagement. The management of AP uses CAPWAP protocol, shared memory mechanism, adatabase system and Notify message passing mechanism. For the configuration problem ofplenty APs, the topic come up with a method which is single wlan binding with multipleradios to achieve the wlan group configuration. By this way, group configuration is reusableand makes administrator’s configuration more efficiency and accuracy. In terms of the security of data services, this topic focuses on the EAP-SIM/AKAauthentication which is SIM-based. According to the specification of china mobile[26],theEAP-SIM/AKA function achieved, and two interface layers of decoding and encoding for theEAP and RADIUS are designed to support it. During the test, the project uses of Wiresharksoftware to obtain the interactive packets between the terminal and the AC, AC and AAAserver. After a long debugging and improvement, this project achieved the EAP-SIM/AKAauthentication successfully on a Swedish AAA server by using Nokia mobile.
