| According to the situation of multi-department and multi-management of equipments ofa certain sanatorium, this paper first introduces the different equipment management systemsusing in different departments and sum up the weaknesses and inconformity. For example, thedata sources in different types focus on different processes, and lead to isolation andasynchronization. It always costs extra times and resources to input the same equipmentinformations to different systems because they can not share datas. Also, sometimes onesystem only have some parts of whole information of some equipment. The datas areimcomplete and can not be integrated. As a result, it is difficult to comprehend the equipmentinformations for not only risk evaluations, but also management procedures and policies.Based on the background above, this dissertation refines the common features ofdifferent managements, and analyses the keys and modeling to information integration, thendesigns multiple functional modules such as "Basic Settings","Purchasing Plan","Maintaining Plan" and "Equipment Analysis". With all these functional modules, thisdissertation offers an effective design scheme of Equipment Management System which issupposed to integrate information, unify the procedures of workflows and improve the qualityof works.Equipment Management System is developed with Visual C++6.0. Its backgrounddatabase software is MS SQL Server2000. The whole system is a C/S software that containsthree layers. UML is used for designing system boundaries and functions modeling, and waysof object-oriented programming and inteface-oriented programming is applied to all codingsof data tables, functional modules, message exchanges and APIs.Equipment Management System improves the usage of the equipment informations,raises the work efficiency, optimizes the resource deployments and resuces the waste of cost.And further more, it provides completely and reliable datas for management policies. |
