Yatai Guizhou Vocational College Student Management System Analysis And Design

With the continuous promotion of information process in colleges, the education, management and operational aspects of colleges have involved many interrelated subsystems, such as student management subsystem, educational administration management subsystem, daily transaction management subsystems, etc. To avoid that these subsystems become "isolated islands of information", effective manner must be adopted in accordance with the "integration of the technical route". According to the notion of "data specification, information sharing, cut-through process, business collaboration", the goal is to build college application integration platform. Student management system, which aims squarely at students, provides service for students, and manages students, is a service integrated management system enabling specification of information management and query of information. In order to strengthen application integration level of Guizhou Yatai Vocational College, improve management efficiency, and reduce administrative cost, based on the analysis of existing information management systems in the college, an upgrade student management system is designed to promote the "integrated process" of information integration system.In this paper, we focus on the "integrated process" of information integration system, analysis and design Guizhou Yatai Vocational College student management system with mixed mode. The main contributions are as follows:1. We introduce the research background of student management system in "integration process". Then we give an overview of the problems faced by informative explanation for system upgrades and the practical significance. The system development methodology and related technologies are also described;2. We give the overall objective of the system design, carry out a detailed needs analysis, including business requirements, functional requirements, data requirements and non-functional requirements, and give the system’s business process diagrams, data flow diagrams;3. Based on needs analysis, using SQL Server as the database and Visual Studio2010as development tools, a detailed design of the system, including student information management, attendance management, security management, incentive management, and system management functions, is given.Also, it concludes that the system still has some shortcomings, and we discuss the further work.
