Abstract:Wireless sensor network is an intelligent network information system which integrates information collection, information processing and information transmission. Wireless sensor networks are increasing being deployed in critical applications, due to the inherent characteristics of resource-constrained. Data collection should take energy efficient, reliability as well as delay into consideration. In wireless networks, many factors will lead to packet loss, and packet loss can cause energy waste, low transmission reliability and deterioration of quality of service. The main purpose of the reliable transmission is solving packages loss in the transmission process, to ensure that the destination node can obtain complete and effective information.Hop-by-hop transmission and end-to-end transmission mechanism is widely used in traditional modes of transport in WSNs. There are two methods based on packages loss copied reliability guarantee:Automatic Repeat Request (ARQ) protocol and the proliferation routing (PR) mechanism. According to our current studies, there are fewer searches about network energy efficiency, reliability and network latency Integrated Optimization. To address these problems, we propose a novel reproduction packets routing scheme named GRDR(Green, Reliability and Delay based Route). The core technologie of GRDR is packet reproduction. The number of data packet copies increases with increasing distance of the source node or the relay node to the sink node. Under the premise of ensuring the reliability, the life of the data packet also increases with increasing distance of the source node or the relay node to the sink node in GRDR. The energy consumption a of the nodes which is near the sink node is lower, alse packet delay is smaller in GRDR. We formulate the optimization problem as to maximize lifetime under energy and given reliability, security constraints, by controlling the system parameters. To demonstrate the effectiveness of proliferation routing, We conduct extensive theoretical analysis and simulations to evaluate the performance of GRDR in OMNET++. Our analysis and simulations show that GRDR is more energy efficient and security than the existing scheme. There are46figures,16tables and60references in this papae.
