Design And Implementation Of Commission Levied Management System For Local Tax In Yunnan Province

Local Taxation third executive meeting has examined and adopted "Yunnan local tax system commission levied approach". Therefore, it is very necessary to design the commissioned by levying management system.In this thesis, Yunnan local tax levied management system is designed based on Yunnan’s status.1. Based on the J2EE architecture framework and Microsoft SQLserver2008database, a set of levying management system is designed and implemented. It covers the levying client management, commission levied management, focus, key project management and commission fee payment. It mainly solves levying system on large amount of data; involving relatively large business and other manage difficulties.2. Based on the waterfall model for software engineering design, the paper detailed introduces the Yunnan local tax levying management system on business requirements, functional requirements, non-functional requirements, system architecture design, function design and database design. For levying, client management and commission levied based on management, key project fee payment management and other main functions. The interface design and code implementation process are also provide, then the system function and performance test results is given at last.According to the research and design of the commission levying management system, the significance of the project has a strong practical, effective, and changes the tax levied on decentralized management mode. And it helps to grasp the dynamics of levying work on issues such as at any time and it also plays a certain reference significance to improve the development of local tax levying system of other cities.
