The Design And Implementation Of Document Management System For Deyang Industry And Commerce Bureau

Document management is an important part of current government departments, enterprises and institutions in the administration. More and more agencies will take document management as a breakthrough to enhance the management efficiency. Many companies use a specialized document management system, and distribute full-time staff to summarize and organize all documents. Trade and Industry Bureau as the executive branch of government, not only stored conventional corporate data, but also managerial of leadership speech, convey of spirit, the higher authorities, meeting notes, appointments and dismissals announcements, rectification and some other important content.So the document management system must become a necessary choice.This paper analyses the current domestic and international developments in document management systems, accords to the actual needs of the work of Deyang City Industrial and Commercial Bureau, and uses the role-based access control (RBAC) model as the basic principles of the roles assigned privileges. Finallywe use improved RBAC models-RDPU access control model to build system security management mechanism and propose the document management system based on RDPU model. The difference between RDPU model and RBAC modelsis that the setup of access rights and permissions is not only through the distribution of roles (Role), but also assigned from the following ways: Users, department, position. This allocation method can effectively reduce the complexity ofthe system authorization and refinement of each division of responsibilities. Andthe name of RDPU model comes form Role,Department,Position,and Users. In the system development process, the paper also uses a number of conventional techniques, such as object-oriented approach, UML using case analysis, database associated with the storage to improve the system.System uses. NET framework, B/S three-tier logical structure, SQL2000database, C#language as the means of achieving specific, while using the Webservices to develop the important functions of document, including authentication,access control, document management and so on. In storage, this paper a relational database and file system to guarantee that the document can be reasonably st ored: multimedia documents stored in a relational database, while the document text and document-related information separated; ordinary office documents storedin the file system, ensuring the efficiency of space utilization.When the documentation system completes, it can basically meet the requirements of office staff in industrial and commercial bureau. The system should provide good performance in interface，cross-platform, security, scalability, and can combines with existing systems conventionality. Particular the methods of file system combined with relational database storage, greatly improved the efficiency of the system’s storage and access speed. Web services authentication methods also make system development more simple and with higher security performance.
