Document Management System Based On B / S Structure The Design And Realization

At present, many electronic documents have sprung up in colleges and universities.However, the value of these electronic documents are not high because they are lack ofgood scientific management, securities, retrieval and access controlling when they arestored in personal computers. Therefore, it is a critical problem for us to solve.In response to this demand, based on the analysis of the shortcoming of the existingdocument management system, this paper has studied the design and specificimplementation of the document management system based on Microsoft .NET framework.The contents in this paper mainly include: using .NET Web service technology to establisha B/S-based four-tier document management system model; as the focus of this paper,studying the role-based access control model (RBAC) and the specific implementation ofRDPU four-tier access control model established based on RBAC in the securitymechanism of document management system; using object-oriented requirment analysismethod in the requirment analysis, and using UML to establish the system's use-case mode;describing the storage problems of the document object in the relational database.The programming language of my system is C#.NET and background Database isSQL Server2000.
