The impact of western medicine on traditional Chinese medicine becomes moreand more strong. A feasible way to revive traditional Chinese medicine is to combinethe traditional Chinese medicine theory and modern science and technology means,which is important for its survival and development under such environment. The trendof Chinese medicine diagnosis is to design and develop its own computer-aideddiagnosis system, which is significant for strengthening traditional Chinese medicine.A Chinese medicine diagnosis computer-aided system has beed designed anddeveloped according to the actual demand of XX hospital in this thesis. The mainresearch work of this thesis are as follows:Firstly, a great deal of thorough and detailed reseach work has been done to findthe problems existing in the development of Chinese medicine diagnosiscomputer-aided systems, and it is proposed that the critical reason accounting for thecrisis Chinese medicine facing is the different diagnosis methods used by Chinesemedicine and western medicine. The pathological changes is deduced by the exteriorcharacteristics of body in Chinese medicine, while Western medicine’s diagnosis proofscome from anatomy and testing technoogy, which can account for the non-immediacy,hysteresis, fuzziness and subjectivity of Chinese medicine, and it results in the highclaims in Chinese medicine practitioner’s quality. It is feasible to develop Chinesemedicine diagnosis computer-aided system by employing modern science andtechnology means and combining the diagnosis methods of Chinese medicine andWestern medicine, which is significant for overcoming the problem existing in Chinesemedicine diagnosis by implementing quantitative diagnosis and reducing the fuzzinessand subjectivity.Then, the theories and technologies related to Chinese medicine diagnosis areinvestigated in the Thesis. The Relating modeling techonogy is proposed during the keytechnique research period to solve the automatic diagnosis problem. A analyticalhierarchy process-based index weight’s calculating method is presented to realize quantitative diagnosis, and its corresponding calculating program is developed.Moreover, the fuzzy evaluating methods is employed to implement fuzzy diagnosis.Then, the requirement analysis on Chinese medicine diagnosis computer-aidedsystem was done according to the actual status of XX hospital, and a Chinese medicinediagnosis computer-aided system with three stage Browser/Server structure has beendeveloped by using C#language to programme, constructing dynamic mutual type Webpages in ASP.NET platform, designing database by SQL Servers2008, and accessingdata by ADO.NET technology.The Chinese medicine diagnosis computer-aided system includes systemmanagement model, doctor diagnosis model, prescription aided model and curativeeffect feedback model. Each of these models is comprised of several sub-models, whichinclude most of the models for Chinese medicine diagnosis, and they can even managethe diagnosis informations and do some deducing work in Chinese medicine diagnosis,which is helpful to improve the accuracy of Chinese medicine diagnosis practically andto be a useful theoritical referrence.It is shown by the testing results that the Chinese medicine diagnosiscomputer-aided system developed in this thesis has the features of high stability, goodload capability and application convenience, and it can meet the requirement of actualwork.
