Study Of Expert System Design And Realization For Common Disease Of Chinese Internal Medicine

Chinese medicine has a pivotal role in Chinese splendid history and culture, the Syndrome differentiation is the characteristics and essence in the process of the clinical diagnosis of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).But the knowledge and concept related to TCM diagnosis and the relationship between the various concepts are very complex,and the TCM diagnosis process is mainly qualitative analysis of observation of Chinese medical experts and their subjective dialectic diagnosis process, which will lead to the process of TCM syndrome diagnosis of full subjectivity, ambiguity and uncertainty. Thus,the rules and methods of medical diagnosis and treatment and dialectical combination of modern science and technology has become a trend in medicine dialectical process scientific, modern and traditional Chinese medicine to objective and systematic urgent requirement.Considering the Subjectivity and uncertainty problems in the process of TCM diagnosis,this article based on the in-depth study of traditional Chinese medicine disease-syndrome-pattern diagnosis model and the syndrome-syndrome element- pattern based on the diagnostic model,and take the quantification and classification properties of partial order structure of algorithm as the core syndrome,and use the modern computer information processing technology as the main method, and at the results of the TCM syndrome diagnosis the Yanshan University have achieved, constructed the“syndrome-syndrome element-pattern-disease” for the diagnosis model of TCM, and completed a Chinese medicine for common diseases expert system design on the Net platform.In this paper, the expert system through four diagnostic methods as the collection method of signs and symptoms(syndromes) information as the entered of the system, and through the collection and syndromes collection reasoning process can be completed on TCM disease and specific syndromes diagnosis. Which can grasp the disease on the whole process and the specific stages of the disease. And it will has much important implications for the diagnosis of TCM quantitative theoretical research and practical clinicalapplications.
