The New Rural Social Endowment Insurance Management Information System Design And Implementation

Based on the management information system for the new rural social pension insurance in Nanjing, this paper is aimed to research into solutions to such problems as the disabled or low-income peasants’ incapability of affording insurance, the difficulties of these poverty-stricken peasants. It inspects the evolving history of the new rural social pension insurance system in China, and analyzes the organization, the operating environment and the tools of the management information system for the new rural social pension insurance, the key technologies for realizing the management system and the target objects of the system. Besides, this paper provides an emphatic illustration of the realization process of the management information system for the new rural social pension insurance, including the function module partition and design, safety design, database design and setup as well as system implementation and application. On the basis of the characteristics of the existing database system resources and data on social insurance, the Oracle Business Intelligence Suite Enterprise Edition is selected as the display platform.
