The development of information technology and the increase of the number ofInternet users, and the thirst for knowledge, all of these factors makes the networkdistance education developping forcefully.How to improve the efficiency ofmanagement of distance education service, the quality of services is been considered byall of the college.This thesis mainly around the fujian normal university networkeducation college practical teaching work, discuss how to further improve and solve theproblems in college teaching work. By building a set of suitable for the use of remoteeducation student services system, designing plan for students’ learning and livingproblems, so as to realize the purpose of to provide good service for the students.Specific research contents include:(1) This thesis analysis the background and the status of this system by referring allkinds of resources and literatures,then determine the sytem developped by ASP.NETtechnology based on the visual Studio development platform and SQL Serverdatabase.All works based on the learning of various development platform and relatedtechnologies.(2) Through surveying the network education college of Fujian NormalUniversity,understanded the status of teaching service work,and determine the system’sfunctional requirements and performance requirements, and the related business usecases and system use cases for analysis. Through module partition, the target system canbe divided into four function modules, respectively is answering questions and callcenter, message platform, network teaching service. Finally, through design functionmodule, database and test system, complete the system constructionAt present, the distance education student services system has been applied to thenetwork education college of Fujian Normal University,In addition, the system runsstably.After verification, the system can meet the needs of target users.both in functionand in performance...
