The light emitting diode(LED) with its incomparable advantages:soft light,beautiful,rich and colorful,low loss,low energy consumption,green environmental protection.suitable for families,shopping malls, banks,hospitals,hotels,restaurants and other public places daily lighting,getting world recognition.is expected to become newly light source after incandescent lamp,fluorescent lamp.the following several aspects is relevant content and in novation research:First of all:the history of development of high-power LED lighting,including the domestic and foreign development situation and existing problems;heating mechanism and heat transfer process of LED,and make a progressive analysis.Then:analysis of each link heat dissipation material,preferred contrast material.and structure optimization design.Again:a closed cooling system,and focuses on the principle and advantage of heat.Finally:the use of high power LED integrated system on whole illumination experiment research,and puts forward the optimal scheme,achieve the combination of theory and practice perfect.lyThe innovative point of the study is that through the research and analysis of high power LED lighting and puts forward a set of finding problems,analyzing problems and solving method of the problem,is conducive to the practical problems we deal with.This paper aims at study the problem of heat dissipation of high power LED lamp,conducts the reseach to the various links and material based on the principle of understanding the heat.and proposed a new closed cooling system.with the energy saving emissiom reduction in modern times.
