QiHe is part of DeZhou city in ShanDong province,called"Yan Cheng". QiHeorgans of Chinese people’s political consultative conference (CPPCC), hereinafterreferred to as the "QiHe CPPCC", its main responsibilities include: politicalconsultation, democratic supervision, participate in and so on. QiHe includ the Office,Proposals committee, Literature publicity committee, Economic commission of scienceand technology, the Science-education-culture-health sports commission, Fellowshipcommittee of social legal system etc, known as the "five committee one office".The beginning of the20th century, the computer has reached into everyone’s dailylife. Information technology obtained fast development, especially the development ofnetwork technology, pulling close the distance between people more, greatly improvingthe life rhythm and work efficiency of the whole society. In this case, many enterprisesurgently need to introduce information, use of high-tech to change the current way ofmanual processing, and can carry on the effective integration to the previous data,analysis, preservation, processing.Office automation system arises at the historicmoment.This topic mainly comes from QiHe CPPCC office automation system.In thecurrent circumstances, QiHe CPPCC also needs to increase information construction,improve informatization office efficiency and quality, and change the traditionalpaper-based office, completely get rid of "everything need to run errands, everythingshould be handwritten". So QiHe CPPCC will be the construction of the modern officeautomation system as an important part of the authority of development, to realize thechange of organs from traditional office to modern office.This thesis designs and implements the QiHe CPPCC office automation systemaccording to the ideas of software engineering, based on QiHe CPPCC demand foroffice automation. The system is designed and implementated based on the current themost popular B/S (Browser/Server) architecture,which can effectively reduce themaintenance cost and realize the centralized management of information. The system isdeveloped under Windows xp,based on the MyEclipse development platforms,used javadevelopment language,with DB2as the database and Tomcat6erected as a server. Thesystem realized the following function modules:(1)Information module,(2) Schedule management module,(3)Document management module,(4)Document tosign for forwarding module,(5)E-mail management module,(6)The administratormodule.
