Facility agriculture in China is just in the rapid developing stage, but comparedwith developed countries in the world, there are still a big differences in facilityconditions and production technology. The facility condition of agriculture isirregularity in China, mainly on simple facilities, hardly any environmental controlability: On the cultivation management, it is extensive and lack of scientificmanagement decision and quantitatively management index, which results in low yield,low quality and waste of human resources, materials and energy: On theinformationalized service, the existing agricultural production application systemtechnology and service mode are single with high cost of application, moreover it isrelatively little of applying to crop life itself information perception, the growth processmodeling and crop pests and disease diagnosis. IOT(internet of things) is an internetconnecting any objects and internet according to the agreement to exchange informationand communication, so as to realize intelligent identification, location, tracking,monitoring and management which through RFID(radio frequency identification,infrared inductor,GPS and scanners. IOT is one of the seven strategic emergingindustries which are the national first batch to speed up cultivation. While agriculturalIOT is the key area of IOT application, the new generation of information technology torealize agricultural production, running, service, management and intelligent decision.The introduction of IOT technology provides the strong technical support for thedevelopment of the agriculture. This issues is aiming at the existing problems of theagricultural facilities, with support of IOT technology, tackling problems in the keytechnologies of facility agricultural IOT, which completes the facilities greenhouseenvironmental monitoring subsystem, facilities for fruits and vegetables digitalmanagement subsystem, facilities of fruit and vegetable pests and disease diagnosissubsystem design and implementation. Face to users, such as the mass famersprofessional cooperatives, large planting, facilities agricultural enterprises, it willprovide operation platform and application interface, provide greenhouse video andremote monitoring of environmental elements, such as greenhouse air temperature and humidity, illumination, soil temperature and humidity, and the functions of insect andpests expert diagnosis, production digital management.This issue establishes a set of decision system which can optimize facility for fruitsand vegetables cultivation resources; reduce production cost and improve the level ofcultivation technology. As the result, the reduction of production cost and improvingproduct yield, quality and market competition which do not only lay foundation for thefollowing research and application of the agricultural IOY technology, but also canpromote the agricultural application level effectively and has practical application valueand practical significance.
