The logistics industry was the integration of modern service industry oftransportation, warehousing, freight forwarding and other industries, and itplayed a very important role in the promotion of production and stimulatingdomestic demand. The logistics order management system was an importantpart of the logistics information management system. The logistics ordermanagement system can only meet the information needs of differentcustomers, improve the operational efficiency of the regional logistics system,but also can allocate social logistics resources, improve the logistics resourceutilization, resulting in huge economic and social benefits.Firstly, this thesis has researched the current development of domesticand international logistics management system and related technical situation,then put forward the weaknesses of China’s logistics order management, andfurther raised the key tasks of this article. Secondly, this thesis made adetailed analysis of aspect-oriented programming technology, transactionprocessing technology and the distributed object technology. This thesis hasresearched on the development of third-party logistics enterprises in HunanProvince, and analyzed the orders business processes of third-party logistics.On the base of these, this thesis has made a detailed requirement analysis andsystem design of the system in term of system architecture, functionalmodules, system users, databases and so on. Ultimately, it gave out thecollaborative order processing system of third-party logistics based on afour-tier structure of J2EE.Finally, directed against the system testing, thecollaborative order processing system of third-party logistics which designedand developed in the thesis made come true that the orders’ co-processingamong multiple third-party logistics enterprises, and that would meet theneeds of user enterprises like third-party logistics companies, shippersenterprises, customers enterprises and so on.The innovation of this thesis was mainly reflected in the followingaspects: (1) The system provided interfaces and the EDI Order standard format toensure the effectiveness of the shippers EDI orders. The owners can sendorders through a variety of ways like the online service system, text messages(SMS), call center (Call Centre), electronic data interchange system (EDI) andso on.(2) Order Processing realized optimized sorting. The system can providea variety of order sorting algorithm and priority strategies to achieve theoptimization of logistics order sort during the orders placed, and thisappropriate measure can avoid obstruction of business processes caused byexcessive orders while ensuring the efficient processing of orders.(3) The system achieved the function of exception handling orders. Basedon the business needs of the shippers, this system can provide the functions ofdealing with emergent orders and declining orders. The system would open upa green channel for the business in the processing of exceptional orders.(4) The system can assess the owner enterprises orders based on the timeperiod, and it can update the information of supplier level and orderprocessing priority dynamically. The system can provide the function ofpartitioning supplier level dynamically, and that would be of benefit to thedecision-making behavior of third-party logistics enterprises in the matter ofinformation support.
