ISO9001System Based Pharmaceutical Company Quality Management Information System

Drugs are a special commodity, drug quality is directly related to human healthand social development. ISO09001become an internationally recognizedpharmaceutical company pharmaceutical production and quality management of thebasic guidelines, people should be improved understanding of ISO09001. In view ofthis, pharmaceutical companies in order to solve the problems in quality management,we propose a quality information management system, hoping to be able to improve theoverall quality management capabilities.I depart from their own everyday, due to its many years engaged in the drugbusiness quality management, the main basis of this dissertation for the ISO9001quality management system, at the same time, the pharmaceutical enterpriseinformation systems together. This design of software, the biggest feature is used B/S+C/S mixed mode, the software ’s features include: drug production, drugsupervision and quality control as well as some related departments. This design ismainly drug Exchange, the agency managers, government agencies, trading membersto provide transaction analysis and statistics are available to achieve the basic drugtransaction database system. Fully equipped in a lab environment conditions, first of all,for the needs analysis in SQL Server2008, database model was designed and conductedpopulated with data. Then, the database through SQL Server2008platform wereconverted to the physical layer, logic layer, presentation layer, thus completing an ETLtransformation and ADO.NET database analysis, forming a complete data model.Finally, Web Logic Server, according to data models, create reports, analysis of thedata to the database. Achieve a simple system login screen, and for the results of theanalysis to achieve a simple web display function.The dissertation first introduces some aspects of quality management in the basicconcepts and methods, some of today’s pharmaceutical management issues werediscussed, and according to cause of the problem presents a complete system based onISO9001quality management system, pharmaceutical solution, the contents of theprogram are: overall design, needs analysis, detailed design, detailed design data. Thissystem can be divided into three parts: the data part, the function part, the user segment. These three parts are independent, but also interconnected and mutually reinforcing.
