Information management system combined with advanced management ideas andinformation technology, it can realize to the enterprise information resource,information sharing, comprehensive management of the business activities. Althoughthe presence of the ERP and SAP software greatly meet the needs of the enterpriseinformation management, but for small and medium enterprises, the threshold of theapplications such as ERP software is too high, enterprise informatization road difficult.SaaS is the abbreviation of English Softtware as a Service, the meaning of Chinese is asoftware as a Service. SaaS is the core concept of software as a service that SaaSsoftware as a service, and non-traditional sense of the goods. User requirements toservices provided by the software users to buy software is the essence of consumerservices. In SaaS business mode, software suppliers to provide customers with services,to meet user demand for services, from a software of supply and demand relationshipbetween vendors and users into a service supply and demand.In this thesis, several key problems in the SaaS model, SaaS model of the systemapplication architecture, SaaS model maturity model selection, SaaS multi-tenancydatabase selection, system security design have carried on the detailed discussion andanalysis. On this basis, this thesis designed a SaaS multi-tenancy single instance of theapplication architecture, completed the design of function modules of the platform, thedesign of the database and the application security, data security, network securitydesign. This thesis mainly in the following areas:(1) Analyze application status of domestic enterprise information system basedSaaS platform, demonstrate the feasibility of this thesis, select appropriate newtechnologies and certain the needs.(2) Do specific requirements analysis to the system, divide functional modules,make detailed plan for logistics information system according to the “high cohesion andloose coupling " design principle, improve and complete the system combined with theactual needs.(3)Test the logistics information system which is developed on the enterpriseinformation system based SaaS platform, summarize the development andimplementation of the system and make work prospects for the next step. It proofed that the logistics information system based on SaaS platform designed inthis thesis can basically meet the design requirements via a serial of functional tests. Itultimately realize the cyberization of logistics information management process, ndinformation sharing.
