The Design And Implementation Of Trade Unions Member Management System For Laiwu City Federation

With the constant expansion of Laiwu City Federation of Trade Unions, the information management of trade union can not simply rely on manual way. This paper based on actual operational needs, and combined with requirements of the member management of Laiwu City Federation of Trade Unions, to initially structure union membership management system, which can running on the Internet/Intranet, to meet the management work of Laiwu City Federation of Trade Unions.This paper made a detailed requirement analysis of member management system of Laiwu City Federation of Trade Unions, listed the functional requirements and performance requirements of the system; on this basis, we designed the overall framework of the system; got business processes of the system based on requirements analysis, and got the data flow diagram of the system by analyzing, and designed involved database tables; in the design and implementation process of the system, firstly described the operating platform and development environment of the system, and then in the consideration of each sub-module of the system, that made the design and coding of serval important modules of the system, including members’file management, membership management, mutual service card management, query statistics, file downloads and notification management, thus completing the implementation of the entire system. The system used the MVC design pattern, the Struts2framework, object-relational mapping (ORM) framework and Hibernate technology. The completion of the system help the member management department of Laiwu City Federation of Trade Unions implement office automation of member management.Members’file management implemented functions including union management, unit information management and members’file management; membership management mainly completed the membership information management and membership document management; query statistics implemented functions including member file query, member statistics and membership information inquiry; file download mainly implemented the download of file list and table list; notification management complete sub-function, previewing notification. The application of the system can effectively strengthen the integrated management of the union members, enhance efficiency and level of union member management work, and provide efficient and accurate service support for the general membership of Laiwu City Federation of Trade Unions.
