As the NO.l productivity, Science and Technology plays greater and greater impetus to economic development and social progress under the socialist market economy condition.The foreign technical market undergoes more than 370 years of development, has passed by the stage of producing, develop, ripe so far. But the technical market of our country has been since sprouted at the end of the seventies of the 20th century, still at an early stage of development at present. The scale of trade, institutional framework, trade means of the technical market, infrastructure and strength of improvement for integrating the scientific and technological economic of our country are still in the elementary level which are far from meeting the needs of Socialist market economy and social scientific and technological progress. The main research purpose of this paper is to learn how to utilize present advanced computer network technology to speed the technology construction pace of trade market. J2EE(Java 2 Enterprise Edition) is the most advantage and popular enterprise e-commerce application at present, utilizing J2EE technology to structure the online trading platform is the best way to solve problem of the online trading platform.The program has been funded by the project , the fund of this University to sponsor key graduate subject construction. This paper mainly focus on studying the implementation method of the online trading platform from technological aspect, compared various kinds of e-commerce websites station building technical including JSP, ASP, PHP, CGL .NET. Finally we choose to use J2EE framework technology which is more advantageous and adopt Struts which is MVC/Model2 at WEB tier which is the most advanced Struts framework for use. As the adoption of Struts, the View Logic bean separated from business Logic, the System's hiberarchy bean clear, the multi- usability bean improved . Meanwhile, I have innovatively introduced UML, the concept of the soft engineering, into the e-commerce website while building a station, using UML to realize the demand analysis and function modeling for the online trading platform.While introducing J2EE framework to put up the online technological trade market, I have combined with the systematic demand and business logic to propose therational solution and practical scheme of J2EE pattern optimization method at platform according to the characteristics of Online trading platform such as the many users, frequently read of large user's data.In addition, in the development of this system, for the question of how the trade platform to promote the amount of information of the platform, I have put forward the thought of the Intelligence Learning Web Robot and preliminary software model. The intelligence Learning web robot presented under the condition that web info becomes more and more strongly-structure.The robot learning function from manual analysis database dynamic web. This idea may apply to data pick-up, information searching and intelligence-analysis from web info. Through network robot can reduce local trade amount of information of platform, thus promote the competitiveness in numerous similar websites of the platform.The system of structure of this paper are complete structurization, package , achieving systematic business layer separate from web floor and the separations of three layer of View, Control, Model in web floor. Since the system have good expansibility in order to meet complicated actual operation which can easily fit for expand requirement of website's function , WAP way move visiting, applet or application form conveniently in the future.From beginning to the end, the paper uses the typical the online trading platform - "Technology Trading Market " as the background that is penetrated into the design idea and framework of the paper.
