Intelligent control system is an advanced control system rely upon the mechanics of human intelligence. Neural network, fuzzy control and genetic algorithm have been viewed as three important fields with most prospect in artificial intelligence fields in the 21st century. The combination of fuzzy logic and neural network and genetic algorithm has been used widely in practice.MATLAB is a alternating soft with complete control commands, control structures, function designing, input and output functions, it is good at programming based on plant. Recently, how to use MATLAB in practice has become attracted.The main research works in this paper is as follows:1. To improve performance of genetic algorithm with a self-adjusting cross probability and mutate probability by adjusting the sequence of genetic manipulation is researched.2. The optimization of the rules and membership functions of fuzzy controller simultaneously based on genetic algorithm is researched.3. The optimization of fuzzy neural controller based on genetic algorithm and BP algorithm is researched.4. The interface program for transferring data between MATLAB and VC++ is designed and realized.5. Based on the interface program, the control system model which controlling algorithm programmed by VC++ and optimal algorithm programmed by neural network toolbox functions of MATLAB is realized and simulated.
