With the development of industrial control technology, the the traditional IPC controlmode increasingly highlights the drawbacks of industrial control system can not meet thehigh-speed, high strength and high reliability requirements of the Compact PCI bus proposedto completely resolve this urgent requirements,Compact PCI bus compatible with PCI bustechnology, pin2mm high density of stomata in terms of physical interfaces the physical cardthe mature European machinery3U and6U standards, and bus system in hot swap technologyusers to develop hardware only on the basis of the original PCI device card to add additionalCompact PCI signal, the software to run without modifications, especially hot swap with greatapplication space.This thesis is based on the Compact PCI bus, designed and implemented a multi-channelsignal acquisition card,the main achievement of the4-channel CAN bus data transceiver,8-channel analog conversion,8digital inputs and8digital output data storage and switchingfunctions. Chip LPC2294microcontroller to achieve acquisition module hardware circuit touse the PCI9030bridge chips and power management chip LTC1643L design Compact PCIbus interface circuit,the acquisition system with the host through the dual-port RAM datainteraction, plus extended memory, CAN bus transceiver, optocouplers, achieve linear powersystem hardware design,the host operating system to use a hard real-time operating systemVxWorks,mainly based on the application environment, requiring a high level of real-timeand reliability. The form of a hierarchical framework on software design, in order to minimizecoupling between modules, the main ARM acquisition program, VxWorks under CompactPCI bus driver, the system is running, fully consider the synchronization of the two, usingsimilar signal way, designed to synchronize data format, divided memory layout in different,writing synchronization program, to complete the design of the system software.After several debugging, analysis in design hardware schematic and PCB layout, modifyschematics and data parameters,and ultimately a function of the system is implemented inhardware,driver development involves the principle of knowledge of the operating system andhardware,but also the system most difficult VxWorks operating system developmentinformation is scarce, and closed-source, the last driver under Windows first, familiar with thestructure of the driver, after several debug and modify the final write Compact PCI bus driver in VxWorks, to complete the function of the system.
