With the rapid development of modern computer network technology and mobilecommunication technology, mobile communication network scale and capacitycontinue to upgrade, and new related technology continue to introduce. The rapiddevelopment of government, business, transportation, communication, finance andeducation are closely dependent on modern mobile communication tools. How to usethe mobile information means, in order to extend the area of various systems to mobileand achieve full coverage of information technology processes and applications will beone of the hotspots of information technology in various industries. In this context,modern insurance industry needs a wireless enterprise application combining mobilecommunication technology and insurance electronically, in order to provide safe,efficient, low cost and special modern insurance service.Based on the popular J2ME and J2EE technology, this paper made a detailedanalysis and discussion about wireless terminal server information exchange,server-side application development and wireless terminal the MIDlet applicationdevelopment. A mobile Vehicle Insurance application platform which could be used onmobile device is developed. The main system functions includes Insurance quote,Customers insure, Chuxian claims, auto insurance query and user management. Theoverall application architecture is divided into three layers using S2SH technology,namely data persistence layer, business logic layer and presentation layer. The systemdesign effectively reduces the levels of system coupling degree between modules,achieves separation of the system multilayer structure data, and ultimately improvesthe reusability of the application. In addition, the application uses the openness designof overall modular, in order to facilitate the application of future upgrades. Withoutexpanding the size of the original system, users could increase system applicationmodules according to their own practical needs, and ultimately achieve the expansionand reorganization of application software.Moving vehicle insurance system is mainly designed for critical businessprocesses, and includes Insurance quote, Customers insure, Chuxian claims, autoinsurance query and user management system function, It has the characteristics andadvantages which a traditional vehicle insurance system does not have. On the otherhand, application software presented an intuitive form of the view to the user, and the system has good adaptability and openness, relevant staff could log in and operate theinsurance company’s internal systems using a variety of mobile communicationequipment anywhere. Technically speaking, Moving vehicle insurance system couldconnect with insurance company internal information databases, successfully integratethe company’s internal system resources with related data, thus the work flow is greatlysimplified, so the efficiency of the insurance company’s daily work is significantlyimproved. Ultimately, this article presents running effect for the application software,do a summary and outlook, and a solid foundation for future research work is laid.In summary, using a combination of J2ME technology and J2EE technology, thesystem has good scalability and compatibility, and a safe and stable mobile VehicleInsurance application could be developed. Finally, after a rigorous system running test,the results show that system is running well, and the desired development target isachieved.
