This thesis is based on a practice project of a commercial bank, the thesis researchestrend of the development of electronic commerce, the electronic commerce payment hascharacteristics of convenient, information security and so on which make moving traditionalbank’s transfer, remittance, payment and settlement business to internet a reality.This thesisanalyzes internet bank electronic commerce payment platform’s characteristics and businessrequirement, provides a general design plan for the electronic commerce payment system andexpounds each function of the system.The design plan focus on the key part of this system: electronic commerce payment,inter bank payment and payment security. When payment is through this bank account, with aDSR gateway, a connection between host and platform is established, interaction efficiencybetween systems is optimized and request information between user and the host istransmitted real-time.Through this communication mechanism, TCP conversion is shieldedthus information can be transferred timely.When payment is through interbank account, as thepayment system of each bank is deferent, the langue, interface and plan is deferentaccordingly. Thus, a reliable and stable data processing platform which can exchange data isneeded to solve the mentioned problem. In addition, as each bank sets the payment system inbranches and commercial banks have huge amount of branches, how to link the paymentsystems deployed in various branches is always a difficult problem.In this thesis, a reasonableprogram scheme for data routing and exchanging of payment system in branches of a largecommercial bank is provided, as well as a whole integrated service for successful accessingChina Bank payment system is formed. Due to the electronic system messages that need to besubmitted to China Bank payment system have deferent formats; this system can convertmessages by middleware to deliver information such as MQ. This thesis proposed solutionplan for front control of interbank payment, background realization of payment service andoptimization efficiency through analyzing realization difficulty and optimization of thissystem. The solution plan mainly combines MVC concept, uses MQ to transfer information inorder to shield background service variance, and connect host with DSR gateway, optimizesthe system interaction efficiency between platform and host.This thesis also gives a detailed discussion regarding security problem of internet bank,meanwhile, it gives a feasible plan for how to make sure the security of bank data and compares various measures regarding client security, server security and especially datasecurity.The part of system design realization combines unified modeling language (UML) todescribe the core function of this system---request routing function as well as design andrealization of background payment system client distribution. This thesis also detaileddescribes the system optimization plan, designs some technology measures to improve thesystem performance and optimize data storage and exchanging. Finally, system function testand pressure test has been carried out, the testing result is good. In addition, the thesisanalyzes the system setting and testing result which approves the overall solution plan isfeasible. At present, this project has been put into use, the system is stable and it can processabove10million payments per day for bank.
