With the development of computer technology and the wide application of e nterpriseinformation technology, the manufacturing industry is facing increasingly fierce competitions.In order to solve the problem of information fault and isolated island within the company, themanufacturing execution system (MES) has become more and more popular among variouscompanies.The small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises have various characteristics,such as complexity, multiple constraints, multiple goals and uncertainty. In order to save theresources for production, shorten the production cycle and increase the productivity, the smalland medium-sized enterprises emphasize the process monitoring of production workshopsthan the big companies, and they also strengthen informatization management. In this way,the information flow can be promoted layer by layer, uniformity between the material flowand the information flow can be realized, and a manufacturing execution system that trulyapplies to the small and medium-sized enterprises can be obtained.This topic mainly studies the process monitoring part of manufacturing execution system(MES); firstly, the topic introduces the current situation of the small and medium-sizedmanufacturing shop, and elaborates the emergence and development trend of manufacturingexecution system (MES), as well as the status of the process monitoring in manufacturingexecution system (MES).This topic elaborates the main key technology used in the study, and expounds thenecessity of studying the monitoring system, the system architecture, network architecture andthe overall function structure of the monitoring system according to the practical situation ofthe manufacturing shop. Secondly, the topic describes the functional module of themonitoring system in detail, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the field-busacquisition, wireless acquisition and industrial Ethernet acquisition solutions, and selects thedata acquisition solutions for this topic through combining the analytical structure. Thirdly,the topic analyzes the two view-rendering solutions, including C/S architecture and B/Sarchitecture, and elaborates the advantages and disadvantages of C/S architecture and B/S architecture, then provides the real-time data monitoring solution of B/S architecture based onAjax; finally, the topic elaborates the functional design of database storage server for themonitoring system in the manufacturing shop and the detailed design of the database tablestructure.Based on analyzing the actual situation of the small and medium-sized manufacturingworkshop, the topic finishes the preliminary research into the monitoring system of themanufacturing shop, provides the detailed functional design, and achieves the datapresentation function by virtue of B/S architecture.
