Order to promote the Lingling cigarette factory silk craft quality managementlevel and working efficiency, eliminate the" information island"," the level of supporton the cigarette" and create" excellent cigarette factory" rapid attainment of goals, Iplant the introduction of advanced SPC technology, the development and deploymentof the Lingling cigarette factory production process and characteristics of the SPCsystem.In the project implementation process, first carried out detailed research needs,the tobacco business needs a detailed investigation, understand their needs,preliminary design system from process monitoring, quality analysis, statisticalreports three major structures, embodies the " prevention first, closed loop control boxof target management concept" and other advanced quality management concept.Secondly, Lingling cigarette factory to build the SPC system, SPC system is usedJAVA language, MVC framework based on the B/S structure system, using Spring,Struts, Hibernate open source technology, from the data layer, business logic layer,view layer three level design, and the combination of Java language and HTML,JavaScript webpage the development of language on the three levels ofimplementation. This thesis focuses on the study of the data acquisition proceduredevelopment and process monitor module and the development of Oracle databasestructures, through data collection program from MES view access to the underlyingdata, realizes the SPC system data platform.In the actual development process I mainly to achieve the following keytechnology and Innovation: data collection procedure is real-time, dynamiccontinuous data collection procedures, for the SPC other system function moduleprovides data to support, through data collection procedures and business applicationof separation optimization of system structure, degraded system running load. In orderto reduce the burden of database, reduce procedures and database interaction times, indata acquisition program was introduced in the caching mechanism, namely zerosmoke collection procedures in real data acquisition process in addition to save to thedatabase, also the corresponding batch data storage to the cache, business functionmodules can be directly taken from a cache data, so as to enhance the systemoperation data and real-time data accuracy. Finally the paper introduces the Ajax partial refresh technology to improve the response speed of the system.Through the Lingling cigarette factory SPC system set up, so that we can controlthe whole system thread production ability, change the traditional quality theory, fromattention results in a shift of attention to process control, process for the production ofthe real-time data monitoring, for abnormal data system will automatically generatewarning and alarm, the system can also use a variety of statistical analysis tools, suchas rainbow chart, histogram, histogram, trend chart, regression equation, theproduction batch of data for statistical analysis, and thus to process each link ispresented the improvement measures, the ultimate realization of process control,reduce cost, improve quality levels.
