Based On The Virtual Prototype Technology For Sugar Cane Leaf Bundling Machine Development Process Research

The virtual prototype technology is a kind of digitization design method which isbased on the product computer simulation model, its application makes it possible thatthe designer, in early time of the product development, carries on the optimal designand performance test to the hypothesized product in the virtual environment vividlyintuitively and so on, which basically does not consume the resources and the energyand can improve the design quality greatly and speed up the product developmentcycle.Development of virtual prototype project especially large virtual prototypeproject, currently used for concurrent engineering working mode, this mode there is aneed for improved data management method, the virtual prototype project requires aset of product data management system (PDM) and allocation of professional graphicscards with computer.
