Urban-rural dual structure is lead to antagonism between town and country in China and the issue of root causes of the gap between urban and rural areas, key and difficult problems in China’s economic and social development is how to solve the dualistic contradiction. Is one of the important way to solve the contradiction between the urban and rural areas of urban-rural integration and aims as the flow of people and goods between cities and villages, cash flow constant interaction, such as fusion, forming an organic whole, change has developed in China’s urban and rural dual economic and social structure.This study through the perspective of communication theory "of urban-rural integration", that "urban-rural integration" is "the spread of urban and rural integration", spread between rural and urban areas is to be a resource for interaction, through the communications channels expand and open to promote rural and urban free flow of information, promote urban-rural interaction and dissemination of tangible and intangible resources, achieve optimal allocation of information resources. Study on urban-rural integration in this article, not or harmonization of urban and rural, urban and rural differences disappear in both spatial heterogeneity, but significantly improve the interdependence between urban and rural areas, mutual contact and interaction. Impede the integration of interaction between urban and rural areas, causing antagonism between town and country and the gap between urban and rural areas is the main reason roads, communications, education, health care, public health, culture, employment, public information such as the imbalance of resource distribution and utilization and, therefore, spread in urban and rural areas is to achieve integral and important part of the urban-rural integration.With the continuous advance of urban and rural integration process and dissemination of increasing overall strength and interactive flow of information between the various elements of urban and rural areas is constantly increasing and in depth. Urban development extending to the surrounding villages, countryside also plays an important role in promoting the city, urban-rural fringe area of interaction between the formation of a similar and coexistence of urban and rural elements, such as urban villages new village area, traditional rural and urban issues, there is a new change, rural and urban spread there is a new situation. Traditional theory are no longer applicable theory of urban and rural coexistence of the characteristics of urban and rural areas, traditional theories of urban communications and rural communication will no longer apply to that region, the new system of rural and urban communication calls upon and demands.Therefore, this study will attempt to spread from urban-rural interaction perspective, implementation of urban-rural integration provides a new way of thinking. Using the theory of communication science, sociology, urban studies, combined with practical issues urban and rural theory combined with practical considerations. This research through the XI’an city raised preliminary empirical research on terrestrial interactive communication system of urban and rural areas from the perspective of communication mode, attempting to provide a reference for similar areas.Firstly, discussed the spread of urban-rural interaction in this study some related concepts, including the spread of urban-rural interaction theoretical basis and practical support.Secondly, the research on urban and rural communications system of XI’an city Chang’an district of considerations for sample, found three new changes have occurred in the system of urban and rural communication, including the beginning of urban-rural interaction spread basis, rural and urban development of interactive communication channels and distribution of content-rich urban and rural communications and early embryonic form of feedback. While existing in the system of rural and urban communication are lack of communication professionals, the lack of awareness of the importance of urban-rural interaction communication system of urban-rural interaction and communication inadequate analysis of the issues had been dealt with in three ways.On this basis, the study of XI’an city Chang’an district, for example, local development, introduced interactive communication construction of urban and rural communication mode under the perspective of content, includes rural and urban traffic network system construction of interactive communication, rural and urban, rural and urban communication system the electronic media interactive communication, rural-urban interaction system of organization and management of the system. This section is also the maximum results of the study, is also the largest bright spot.Again, this study presents importance of building the system of urban-rural interaction communication mode, interactive communication on the integration of urban and rural development, urbanization, urban and rural areas build a well-off society, coordinated urban and rural development, the prosperity of rural market economy, building a service-oriented Government have a significance that cannot be ignored.Finally, this study summarizes the discussion presented the shortcomings and prospects of the study.
