With the continuous development of manufacturing, upgrading or reforming presentsystem based on the current condition and enterprise demands has become an importantmethod to improve enterprise informalization. Currently, PDM, as an importantinformalization system for enterprise management, does not directly support cloud servicesdue to the condition that most PDM systems are developed by the C/S framework. This thesisis focused on the method of rapidly reforming the traditional PDM system into a new onewith the function of supporting cloud services and to realize Web-based application.Firstly, this thesis analyzes the practical demands for Web-based application of a PDMsystem supporting cloud services. Then an overall framework of realizing Web-basedapplication reform of the new PDM system supporting cloud services based on the presentC/S framework PDM system is presented, followed by a detailed descriptions of cloudcollaboration service layer and cloud data service layer based on its four-layer model. Thecloud collaboration service layer is mainly focused on the study of PDM networkcommunication and three session modes between PDM users and cloud-service, based onwhich the server business collaboration control and the SOA message integration based oncollaboration platform are studied. While the data cloud service layer is principally about thestudy of PDM high-volume data transmission, PDM database connection pool design andPDM off-site data synchronization mirroring.In the end, according to the specific method and realizing process of Web-basedapplication of PDM system with C/S framework, the practical web-based application ofKMPDM which supporting cloud services is presented. The examples of Web-basedapplications of KMPDM document management and process management prove that PDMclient can access PDM product data and business function through PDM server uniformlyinstead of through local PDM database access. |
